    Give flight attendants better pay and raise the cost of airfare for everyone else. That's a stupid plan. Just like how the unaffordable care act increased costs for many to provide benefits to a few. Corporations will always pass costs on to the customer. Or like how insulin benefits resulted in increased cost of other types of meds, one person gets a benefit while others pay for it and the company sees their profits increase. We need systemic change. Unions are not the solution. Piecemeal changes just shell games the economic burden around while corporations continue to rake in record profits. We need systemic change. Solutions that work for everyone at the same time. We need universal health care, we need free college and trade school, we need a minimum wage that is a living wage, we need affordable housing for everyone. Just to start the process.

    Absolutely Biden is a far far better choice than Dump. But Biden is not even close to being enough. Vote blue then demand more. We need universal healthcare (not the unaffordable care act), we need ethics reform and term limits for congress and the Supreme Corrupt, we need minimum wage to be a living wage (tax the eff out of the 1% to pay for it), we need free college/trade school (and complete student loan forgiveness), we need affordable housing for every citizen (it's immoral for Americans to be homeless). These are first step priorities. Not the end of the process, just the first step. Jesus said so.

    I'm pro union. Thank you Bernie. The break up & decrease in unions actually drastically increased with the late President Reagan. I recall he even fired over 11 thousand air-trafic controller's. Also he tripled the national federal debt in his 8 years in office. The GOP is actually for the massive federal debt we have now. The GOP l😢oves to give reckless tax cuts to billionaires & other forms of corporate welfare - yet they unjustly like to call the Democratic Party a bunch of big spending liberals.     The disaster that the 'Workings Class' is going through now is of course not just a disaster for them but the nation as a whole. Due to the lack of concern, ability, responsibility and accountability on both partied and elected and appointed officials in Washington and across the nation, and many see no hope of change but more of the same with Biden, the Democrats, the Republicans and even Trump, because they see no reason to believe or even hope that anything will change because too few they elected to represent them and preserve the nation rather than representing the likes of a political corporate elite who see it as their duty to serve the interest of not just monopolistic mega multi-national corporations like Pfizer, Microsoft, Apple, Meta, Corrupt trade Unions, globalist bankers, the Military Industrial Complex, The intelligence state who buy and pay for the Political Elites whom they elected to protect them from such cronyism and corruption. Bernie, many of us understand you are just one man and there are limits to what one man can do when facing such an insurmountable, self-serving global conglomerate, and when we see those such as yourself who stood as a champion of The People, appear to now side with the side who's interests are not with The People we question why that is and if our support of such political elites who no longer represent what we elected the to represent, we feel abandoned, and see no reason in continuing to elect and support political elites who support their interests at the cost of the nation. We hope you Bernie will re-double your efforts to stand apart and stand with us, in conviction and action and not only in words and appearance but truly for the nation and The People, for only then will you and others who talk rather act will stand above what most see and hope Trump to be.

    A second Donald Trump presidency would be disastrous for the working class of this country...but a second Joe Biden presidency would be disastrous for the people of Palestine and countless others. Jill Stein and Cornel West are both better options than Biden. The ONLY reason that they aren't considered "reasonable/viable" is because everyone just lets centrists/conservatives dictate who the frontrunner will be, and just "go with the flow" because fighting for "better" is not "reasonable." ------------ We know through painful experience that freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed. Frankly, I have yet to engage in a direct action campaign that was "well timed" in the view of those who have not suffered unduly from the disease of segregation. For years now I have heard the word "Wait!" It rings in the ear of every Negro with piercing familiarity. This "Wait" has almost always meant "Never." We must come to see, with one of our distinguished jurists, that "justice too long delayed is justice denied." [..] Perhaps it is easy for those who have never felt the stinging darts of segregation to say, "Wait." But when you have seen vicious mobs lynch your mothers and fathers at will and drown your sisters and brothers at whim; when you have seen hate filled policemen curse, kick and even kill your black brothers and sisters; when you see the vast majority of your twenty million Negro brothers smothering in an airtight cage of poverty in the midst of an affluent society; when you suddenly find your tongue twisted and your speech stammering as you seek to explain to your six year old daughter why she can't go to the public amusement park that has just been advertised on television, and see tears welling up in her eyes when she is told that Funtown is closed to colored children, and see ominous clouds of inferiority beginning to form in her little mental sky, and see her beginning to distort her personality by developing an unconscious bitterness toward white people; when you have to concoct an answer for a five year old son who is asking: "Daddy, why do white people treat colored people so mean?"; [..] --then you will understand why we find it difficult to wait. There comes a time when the cup of endurance runs over, and men are no longer willing to be plunged into the abyss of despair. I hope, sirs, you can understand our legitimate and unavoidable impatience. [..] I must make two honest confessions to you, my Christian and Jewish brothers. First, I must confess that over the past few years I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate. I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in his stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Counciler or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate, who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says: "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I cannot agree with your methods of direct action"; who paternalistically believes he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by a mythical concept of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait for a "more convenient season." Shallow understanding from people of good will is more frustrating than absolute misunderstanding from people of ill will. Lukewarm acceptance is much more bewildering than outright rejection. I had hoped that the white moderate would understand that law and order exist for the purpose of establishing justice and that when they fail in this purpose they become the dangerously structured dams that block the flow of social progress. [..] Society must protect the robbed and punish the robber. I had also hoped that the white moderate would reject the myth concerning time in relation to the struggle for freedom. ------------ -Excerpt from MLK Jr's Letter from Birmingham Jail. The excuses for support of Biden are nothing more than "white moderate" garbage. "Now isn't the time to fight for it. We must stand together against the far right so that they don't win." Well, why is Biden the alternative? Because the people who DO NOT want any leftward shift, who "agree in principle" but always have a reason not to pursue the principle, are the ones telling everyone who is acceptable and who is not. Let's say Biden is re-elected. What then? Will there be ANY consequences for his actions THIS term? This is an election year and he's supporting something so heinous, yet everyone on the "left" says "support him anyway because otherwise Trump will win." Imagine MLK hearing that. "Now is not the time to fight against injustice. Now is the time to find the middle ground with the doers of injustice and hope that they find it in their hearts to stop." Imagine having better alternatives and making up ANY EXCUSE YOU CAN to avoid them. It's always the same "the stakes are too high this election" crap on top of the "anyone other than the centrist or conservative isn't viable." Rather than standing up to the centrists WHO ENABLE THE FAR RIGHT, so many on the "left" insist that everyone stand WITH them, go along with their every whim, and resist in words on YT forums instead of with their vote...or actions; the vote has infinitely more influence on outcomes than any number of words on YT forums. Say Biden wins. What then? What will you do? Most likely the answer is "nothing." You will go on about your life. You'll say how regrettable the outcome is. You'll condemn. You'll criticize. But you'll DO nothing. You'll vote the way you're told to vote by the people you know are supporting all of the things you say you're against. Because standing up to them would be too much effort. Protesters across the country are standing up to them in the only ways they know how, and you cheer them on, but that's all you do. You agree with them in principle, but when it comes down to it you'll hide behind the "white moderate" to avoid joining the fight in a real way. Now say Trump wins. What then? What will you do? Same answer: probably nothing, because it likely won't affect you directly. You'll condemn. You'll criticize. But you'll DO nothing. You'll vote the way you're told to vote by the people you know are supporting all of the things you say you're against. Because standing up to them would be too much effort. It's easy to SAY you're against the rise of fascism, the rise of Trump, but when you vote for the moderate/centrist or conservative Democratic alternative YOU ENSURE IT, just at a slower rate. You ENSURE that there won't be a leftward shift because you would rather vote on a sure thing than fight for something you claim to believe in. Most people will skip this post because it's too long, or they'll respond with excuses and play the shame/blame game (despite the election being half a year away). Screw the people making excuses. They're no better than the "white moderates" of MLK Jr's day. They're the bigger threat to progress than the extremists on the far right. They are the hypocrites who claim to support peace, demand freedom for others, and then vote against both the moment their own comfort is threatened. Like liberals, one moral panic sends them scurrying for cover behind the fascist enablers with all kinds of excuses for why we need to defend the status quo and its proponents. When the people who say "no more genocide, and I'll stand by that at the voting booth" are painted as the "bad guys" for not supporting the ones CURRENTLY SUPPORTING A GENOCIDE, then there's no value in being a "good guy." The Holocaust is happening now and JUST LIKE BEFORE the "good guys" are enabling it or otherwise not fighting against it except maybe in words. Think I didn't offer anything but whiny criticisms? Then you got nothing out of this. Vote for someone who stands against the things you stand against. If you are anti-genocide, then Biden isn't your candidate. If you're pro-genocide then he is. No excuses. You vote for the direction you want this country to go, and that's the direction Biden will take it. That, and other anti-worker efforts like throwing unions under the bus while paying lip service to unions as a concept. That, and anti-immigrant efforts like taking-up Republican talking points and pandering to their base rather than the people who elected him. For the good things Biden is working towards, both Stein and West would do that and probably more. But electoralism is NOT the way to change things; it never does. Only mass movements affect positive change, and any student of social movements in US history (or world history) knows as much. Leftists know it for sure. If all you do is vote then you are doing barely more than nothing and hoping that's enough to address systemic problems. Organizing is the only answer. Do what you can in the ways that you can. Everyone has something they can do, even the people with crushing social anxieties and depression (like me. My blog is linked to my profile with my solution). But do more than vote if you want positive change. Or just side with the "white moderates" and blame everyone else for the outcomes.

    And what exactly have you done? Seriously is anyone of the opinion that the USA is at a good place? You had 8 years of Obama and 4 with Biden that’s 12 out of the last 16 years. Simple question is the country and the people better off with a democrat as a president or not?

    Is Bernie Sanders gonna stump for Ji ni ci de Jo this summer and fall? Cost of Ji ni Ci de for American taxpayer...40,000 dead woman and children x 1 million dollars a head....40 Billion dollars... 74 million Americans don't have dental insurance....
